Where we ship and what it costs
We currently ship to the countries below. Shipping is charged per order and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

Printing time
Each book is printed after you order. Printing normally takes 3–5 business days. Delivery time is counted from the day the book leaves the printer, so the total time from order to delivery is the printing time plus the delivery estimate above.
Carriers and tracking
Books are printed and posted by our print partner, Lulu Press, from the printing facility closest to the delivery address where possible. We choose the carrier. We confirm an available standard postal or ground service for your delivery address and order size before payment. Depending on the service, tracking may not be available. When a tracking link exists it appears on your order page.
Delivery estimates
The address-specific estimate shown at payment includes printing and takes precedence over the general estimates above. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Post can be slower around public holidays and in the weeks before Christmas, so order early if the book is a gift for a particular date.
Customs, duties and taxes
Lulu selects the printing facility according to availability; local printing is not guaranteed. If your order crosses a customs border, the carrier or destination country may charge the recipient import taxes, duties or handling fees in addition to the checkout total.
Address problems
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot change an address once the book has been sent to the printer. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you; reshipping costs the shipping fee again.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your book has not arrived 30 days after your order was confirmed, or arrives damaged, email founders@loralabs.co with your order number. We will reprint and reship it free of charge or refund you, as set out in our Refund Policy.
